When do I get my points?
Points are credited to your account once your order is delivered. You'll see them as "pending" until delivery is confirmed.
How do I use my points?
At checkout, your available Credits are automatically applied. You can redeem up to 10% of your cart value per order.
Can I use points with discount codes?
Yes! Points stack with all existing discount codes including volume discounts (10%/20%/32% off).
Do COD orders earn points?
Absolutely! Both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders earn and can redeem points.
What happens if I cancel an order?
If your order hasn't been delivered yet, pending points are simply removed. If points were used on the order, they're restored to your balance.
Do my points expire?
We recommend using your points within 90 days for the best experience, but they're always there when you need them!
